Wie bieten die Teile in reinem ABS (kein ABS+), ABS mit 10% Glasfaser (verschmolzene Layer Optik / ähnlich SLS) von Phaetus oder ASA mit 10% Glasfaser (verschmolzene Layer Optik / ähnlich SLS / UV beständig) von Phaetus an. - Dirk Dietrich-Nowak, 23.04.2024Dieser Extruder ist im Prinzip ein Orbiter 2.0 nur in einem anderen Gehäuse. Die gedruckten Teile bieten optisch durchaus Verbesserungpotential sind aber maßgenau. Die mitgelieferten Teile von LDO und Bondtech sind gewohnt absolut hochwertig. Wichtig ist beim Zusammenbau auf die richtige Position der Zahnräder zu achten. Am besten mit einem eingespannten Stück FIlament, das würde ich auch beim EInbau benutzen um die Bohrungen exakt über einander auszurichten. Ich habe jetzt PETG, PC-CF, PLA und TPU problemlos gedruckt und bin sehr zufrieden. aber maßgenau. Die mitgelieferten Teile von LDO und Bondtech sind gewohnt absolut hochwertig. Wichtig ist beim Zusammenbau auf die richtige Position der Zahnräder zu achten. Am besten mit einem eingespannten Stück FIlament, das würde ich auch beim EInbau benutzen um die Bohrungen exakt über einander auszurichten. Zur Rezension - Hector Fuster Cabre, 15.04.2024After a lot of tests and adjustments, I have to say that it's an absolute waste of time and money.
I ordered it with the pieces already printed, and the first thing that I noticed is that the planetary gears touch with the body of the extruder, so I had to sand it. After that, I also had to sand the conduct that guides the filament to the hotend because it was made of metal with sharp edges, so it was chopping the filament. Unfotunatelly, I was unable to fix the dual drive gears, they keep disengaging after a few seconds and it doesn't matter what kind of adjustment I try.
At the end, after having to connect and disconnect the motor so many times, two of the cables broke because they were poorly attached to the connector.
